The brief
Not Secondary puts employee benefits first. The company does three things: helping organisations optimise their benefits package, making that package visible through communication, and the Total Benefits platform, where employers benchmark, manage and develop their benefits. The site had to show all three together without becoming a list. Total Benefits as a product you want to try, the advice and communication as services you can explore one by one, and around them knowledge, client stories and vacancies. All in Dutch and English, and all managed by the team themselves.

One story, three ways in
The homepage opens with a bento of three cards: Total Benefits, Optimisation and Communication. Then comes the conviction behind the company and a section where you see Benchmark intelligence working live. Each service has its own page with individual sub-services beneath it, from Benefits Scan to Benefits Statement, each with a challenge, approach, roadmap, cases and FAQs.

Total Benefits as a SaaS page
The platform got its own landing page, the kind you'd expect from a software product: a hero with the dashboard, client logos, the platform's three layers, features per module, a roadmap and a pricing calculator that builds a tailored proposal in a few steps. Anyone who'd rather try it first requests a personal demo environment through a two-step form.

Leads with a work address
The pricing calculator, the free trial and the white papers in the knowledge base ask for a work email address; free email domains are turned away. Requests and applications reach the team through Resend, and Google Tag Manager and Analytics measure what happens, right down to how far visitors scroll.

Bilingual and self-managed
Dutch and English through next-intl, with the content in Sanity: services, sub-services, client stories, knowledge base, vacancies, about us and the calculator's prices. Existing Dutch copy was converted into per-language fields with a migration script, using an English translation from the Claude API as a starting point. With visual editing in Sanity Presentation, the team edits copy directly on the page.
